Up and running…
The Maternal Repeat Pregnancy Bone Health Study approved, site-activated and started enrolling (8Aug 2019). Multi-site team meeting held in Aug (after Promote) allowed sharing and learning from the early implementation phase and was highly valuable.

MTN 034 32 participants enrolled to date with revised target of 75 participants. MTN has approved an additional 15 participants (partly due to site performance and also the unfortunate closure of Kisumu site) with the accrual period extended to April 2010.
HPTN084 104/186 enrolled participants. DAIDS Medical Officer Adeola Adeyeye visited and made helpful recommendations to improve site performance. VIIV monitors expected before end of year.
